Keep calm and shop on. As a Google Trusted Store, every Soho Girl order is insured up to $1,000. If you get your order in before 4pm (Pacific), we ship it to you that same day. Late night shopper? We’ll get your goods postmarked and on their way the next business day.

We believe the fashionistas of world deserve a little love which is why we offer free USPS shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are shipped USPS for just $5. Standard shipping takes about 2-5 business days. Need your goods in a hurry? We got you. Just select USPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air when checking out. USPS delivers Monday through Friday, save for holidays. Weekend delivery is available in some areas and, as much as we would love to, we can’t guarantee it.

Please double check that your shipping address is accurate and secure. Soho Girl will safely package and send your order, but once it is marked delivered by the USPS, we are released of all liability.

Globetrotting Fashionistas, we’ll cover international shipping for all orders over $99. International Orders under $99 ship for just $19.99. International orders are shipped the same day they are placed (see above) and take anywhere from 3-7 days to arrive, depending on your location. For a list of countries we are able ship internationally, scroll to the bottom of this page.

Life is too good to stress over returns. We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you get your order and aren’t completely satisfied with your items, simply package them back up and include a note with your order number and either the word “REFUND” or “EXCHANGE”

If you choose to EXCHANGE, be sure to include the new size you want and a contact email or phone number in case new shipping costs are incurred.

Returns must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery. All return items must be in brand new condition, no signs of wear and tags still attached. Returns from orders that received free shipping will be refunded less the $6.95 shipping cost. All sequin items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The exception to our awesome return policy is swimsuits and Halloween costumes, for obvious hygienic reasons, and Shail K and Elizabeth K dresses, for contractual reasons.

Soho Girl’s goal is to make you happy and beautiful. We are pleased to offer easy returns and ask that you hold onto your return tracking and shipping information until your return is fully processed.

Elizabeth K Special Occasion Dresses Return Policy:

We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your order. We offer Exchanges and Store Credit on Elizabeth K dresses if shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. We charge a 25% Restocking fee to process any exchange or store credit. If sent back for an exchange we will charge a 25% fee at the time of shipping out your new item. Unfortunately Elizabeth K dresses can not be returned for a refund due to our manufacturers return policy.

Additionally all returns must be returned in brand new condition and match the following criteria:

• All tags and original packaging must be in place
• Dress must be unworn, unwashed and free of any odors
• No signs of being worn (dirty, stains, makeup, missing hanger straps, etc.)
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria
